Mauk is a terrible pocket passer but he killed us with his feet last year in keeping plays alive and scrambling for yardage. If we can keep him in the pocket, I like our chances.

He was medically available this week, but Stoops held him because he had not practiced. Stoops reaffirmed that Flannigan was playing at a high level before the injury.
