Five things we learned on the recruiting trail in November.

"Many have talked about the resurgence at Duke and how Coach K has outdone Calipari on the recruiting front, but as far as I can see, things still begin and end with Kentucky when it comes to locking up elite, blue-chip recruits in any given year."

"The 2015 class brought us a few elite prospects along the lines of Skal Labissiere, Jaylen Brown, and Ben Simmons, but place any of those three into the 2016 class, and quite honestly, I am not too sure that they would crack the top three. That is no disrespect to any of the current freshmen stars but more geared towards just how special the top of this year’s group is. Guys like Harry Giles, Josh Jackson, and De’Aaron Fox are one every 20 years types of talents."

What? This can't be right. The Purdue fan on the national board tells us every day that Fox is not included with those guys at the top in talent. Giles, Tatum and Jackson are the real deals in this class and Fox is just a pretty good guard. What a joke! The scary part is, Gabriel could end up being our most talented player in the class and that's just crazy to consider at this point. It's awesome to think we locked up so many elite talents in such a deep and loaded recruiting class. This class is considered one of the best ever and it just so happens we bring in one of the best, if not the best class ever in the deepest class ever. What a great time to be a Kentucky fan!

I think Ben Simmons would be top 3 in this class, but otherwise seems fair

Ben Simmons would be top 3 ANY year. Guy is a stud. There is already no discussion on who will go first next year.

Ben Simmons is the best player since AD. He just plays for a horrible coach.
