First, let me say I feel there are some staff changes that could and need to be made. But, this is only going to get tougher. It CAN'T be attractive to a young, promising coordinator that the staff has attrition every year. Again, there are some changes that could be made but, at this point I feel like Stoops has to right the ship somewhat with what he has, over this season and next. It's a possibility that if he can't get it done with this staff he may not work out. I've always been of the assumption Stoops is the man for this job, at this time. But, attracting upgrades who feel a short leash on this staff is going to be tougher than ever. Feel free to disagree just a situation of concern to me.
