Perhaps time to hire an experienced coach to add to the staff. I am not sure about all the assistants on the staff but Stoops with just his couple years here as HC, Dawson first year OC and Elliot I believe his only DC experience is at UK. I mean I don't think UK is ever going to change in football but if you rolling with Stoops why not add and experienced coordinator. I am sure the response will be no one will come here as the same goes for a big time HC.
