Groundbreaking, I know, but something people should probably keep in mind. In the power 5 conferences last year, 6 teams total lost 4 or fewer conference games.
I understand why threads are started about every possible upset of any team even tangentially connected to UK, and I'm not even really criticizing it, but it's really not news when (usually moderate) favorites lose some conference games. I think people get forgetful because highly ranked basketball teams spend November and December mostly beating up on teams that have no shot. But this is how competition is supposed to work- you may be better than someone else most of the time, but not all of the time, meaning the outcome is not a foregone conclusion.
