In EVERY big game the past 2 seasons except for Iowa last year, he has turned it over at a crucial time or in some games MULTIPLE times. Can't have success giving the ball away.

I can't stand the Vols, but Hooker is awesome with the ball in his hands. He rarely makes a poor decision and just doesn't turn it over, even with all of the plays they run.

Yeah… after that 1st interception, it was a wrap. We had to score there. TD preferably, but damn, you can’t throw a pick in that situation. And yes….that was on Will. Lead Key right into the UT DB.

Play call was horrible, also. 3rd and 8 or 9 and we run all 3 WRs on 4 yard patterns. Uh, why?

I agree. Unlike other fans, I’m not ready to ”faaar Scang”, but damn he makes some questionable calls in the red zone.

Can Scan scheme a wide receiver open like UT does? Hooker throwing to wide open receivers and Levis throwing into tight windows with no one else open. I guarantee that Scan thinks his NFL greatness can out scheme all of these lower level college guys..

It was also a very bad play call. Even if he hit him in the gut it was going for nothing. I’m not defending Will he played bad, but he has a terrible OC that has no feel for the game

The WR routes are TOO CLOSE to each other. Scang is WAAAAYYY too predictable. The Vol players weren't even covering the man going in motion because they KNEW the WR taking a step back or RB coming out of the backfield was getting the ball. They jumped the short routes.

When the 2nd worst pass defense in the country shuts you down and can stop you from even getting 100 yds and 1 score, your OC should be EMBARRASSED to the point that you would make the changes needed to fix it.
