“Penn Entertainment is the perfect partner to build an unmatched user experience for sports betting with ESPN Bet,” ESPN chairman Jimmy Pitaro said in a statement.

Thankfully "The Bear" has moved on from GameDay. Was tired of them trying to make him happen. Would only be worse now.

I wonder if this makes them de emphasize gambling and spread talk on that show. Don't want to look like they are trying to move lines. But also, I bet you see a very gambling focused show on espn2 an hour before.

I like gambling myself, and I enjoy gambling analysis, but I want it silo’ed away from the news part of ESPN at a minimum. I also want it to have its own dedicated shows or segments so people who don’t like betting as much as me don’t have to watch it.

Not looking like this is the partnership I first heard it was. Sounds more like just a licensing deal with ad tie ins.

I'm guessing espn bet will replace all those draft kings commercials. LOL.
