Alabama assistant just resigned, he used to be a compliance officer for NCAA....
I would have to think UL will quickly drop their appeal and take anything the NCAA gives them for the new scandal. They have no legs to stand on and just hope to avoid the death penalty. The NCAA seemed to know nothing about what happened yesterday and today.I am sure they(NCAA) are wondering what it means for them and if they could be a target or of interest to the FBI.
At best I think this reflects poorly on the NCAA,it leaves them in a lurch waiting for the legal system to run it's course or jumping the gun as they did in the Penn State matter.
Notwithstanding the developments of the past 48 hours the NCAA has UL and UNC issues to deal with, logic would seem to dictate that they move to resolve those matter as quickly as possible and have as little on their plate as they can in order to manage this situation as it unfolds.
Just called a foul on Knox for breathing too hard.,,,Hopefully the FBI are targeting some crooked ass referees and that $ trail

Hope so. FBI forensics are just a tad better than the incompetence NCAA. That'd be quite a bit of time upstate for the idiot who attempts it. Like I said, hope so.Maybe the next step is taking computers from NCAA offices in Indy. Although you'd think those files were deleted yesterday.
