Another edge guy in the portal - need to bolster that position. Honestly, I'm not sure I'd ever heard of Redd before seeing his name this morning. A 2024 signee - I guess he thought he'd be starting by now? How can you know that UK is not the place for you if you've only been on the team one year and basically never played? Maybe he looks around and sees he's been recruited over - I don't know.

Yep, he was young, but the depth there is non-existent now...

Incoming FR 2025 - Cedric Works, Javeon Campbell (although not sure if he predicts to be more like Josh Paschal... OLB plan to grow into DE)
Edge is in desperate need of depth and someone who can actually pressure the QB. JJ started a whole bunch of games but his cumulative production was pretty thin. Need a few guys to really step up and shine. I thought Fearby might be a guy who would do so but he was a nonfactor his years at UK.

I see the big kid we had here from Delaware who transferred to WVU then on to Florida St is in the portal again. Has one of those names I can’t spell. Big kid though, he really filled out. Not sure what the guys in the portal are seeking or if they’ve been told to leave. Brad White gonna need to perform a miracle this off-season. These kids, at all the schools, they either aren’t good enough or somebody’s telling them they too good. Either way, it’s a damn mess for college athletics.
Why do we need edge rushers? Brad White barely knows what a blitz is.

Soles was getting quality minutes this year, I believe, before he had some injuries. I think he looks like a future starter.
