Looks like the Illuminati has been treating Drake well these days.

Geez. I get that he has more money than he knows what to do with, but I just can’t understand a house like that. You’ll never use most of it, have to pay an army to keep it up and clean, and he’s probably not even there most of the year. Buy a super nice house, but homes like these are crazy. No ill will toward Drake though, just my thought.

Yes to all that. But I'll add, pretty unimaginative, considering the budget. Looks like he window shopped from rap videos. Not my style. Show me something unique and different.

The only reason I can think of why a single guy would own a 65,000 square foot home is that he was going to pay 20 million in taxes every year so he figured he would put a lot of that money to build a ridiculous house that will also serve as a long term investment in the future. I’m sure you can put a “home office” in there and all sorts of other things to help with mitigating taxes as well as turn a 20 million profit off of it when he sells. That’s the only way I can wrap my mind around why he would even want that - financial gain.

There must be a very limited number of people who can afford that place and want to live in Toronto too. Probably won’t be a quick sell when the time comes.
