They should be bringing up the rear at 25, or not ranked. They lost to a bad Cuse team at home. I'm sure their victory over a sub par NC State team will propel them back into the top 15 though.

If the voters put any stock at all in that win at NC State they are idiots. That is not a good basketball team at all. Typical Gottfried basketball.

It will be interesting to see what they do with Duke tomorrow,they really should fal out of the top 25 but the one win will probably keep them in.(that wouldn't be the case with anyone else.)

I hope they both lose by 30.

While I normally couldn't care less about KU win's and losses, I imagine I would rather play them after they win rather than a loss. Not that they will need any extra motivation for when we come into town (normally we supply all that is needed by just having KENTUCKY stenciled on the front of our jersey's) but a team that is bouncing back after a loss usually plays desperate and focused. I just want us to have all possible advantages going into that rats nest. I hope they win by 100 (vs. ISU) and feel cocky as hell when we play.

We are already facing an uphill test Saturday. Throw in a road loss for KU before this game, and I don't even want to say. Boys better bring their A+ game or its over fast.

We will definitely be top 20 this week when the polls come out.

The 2 blowout wins, plus the teams that lost, plus the fact ESPN has put us on college GameDay and needs us ranked high for hype purposes all point toward us getting a bigger than normal jump this week.

That said, unlike Duke, if we lose by even 1 point at Allen, one of the 2 polls will drop us out entirely.

Duke will not drop any spots this week, likely.

I'd rather see ISU blow KU right out. Doesn't matter what happens to KU tonight, they are going to give us everything they have on Saturday already so a loss isn't going to motivate them any more than they already will be.
Then of course they play tonight, they will have all week to prepare for UK.

KU always gets everyone's best shot. We are used to being the game everyone circles on their calendar at the start of the season.

Should be a great game Saturday.

Call me crazy. But I think we've turned the corner. And KU will have a tough time staying with us on Saturday.

Heck, Texas dominated the first half of Saturday's game in the Phog. I see no reason why we shouldn't do the same. But, unlike Tejas, we will finish the job.
