West, Edwards, McWilson, Randolph, Stamps, Hytchye, and McClain. add in Westry, Walker, and Beckham and possbly Custis and Lewis! secondary could be a strength next year

Not to mention the early enrollees who should get a leg up on getting some early PT in the fall. And if Love is able to get immediate eligibility, that would be HUGE for the LB position!

Sure, the recent events surrounding this recruiting class have been disappointing. But when I look at the individual members of this class, I can't help but think they're still a much higher caliber than our recruits of years past.

I remain optimistic....for better or worse.

well we also have the RSs coming from some good players on the OL and Long as a TE, if Badet and Montgomery can stay Healthy, we have a decent shot at more improvement this year! i really think Ware and Hatcher will be the answer to fill voids to th holes left by Bud and Z! and add in Daniel to the mix our D could be solid(crosses fingers)

Does anyone know if Love getting eligibile this season is a real possibility or is it like it is in most cases where they deny it?

I heard that he has a very reasonable chance of getting approved for a hardship wavier.

aces fan hows the health on the OC BBall team looking? hancock got crushed today at state by NCC

I'd like to see West emerge as a safety and let Stamps play corner. Stamps was a corner before last year and I love his physical nature. I heard somewhere that he had a bad shoulder all year and wasn't able to give licks like he was laying earlier in the season. Really excited for West and Edwards to get a shot to play, but also to see McClain and Randolph continue to grow. BM and KR played very well last year, expect big things from them.

Agreed, and they are definitely higher. Most of our current commits are ranked at their position, something that was a rarity in the past.

We've got some spots to fill, but how often does Stoops get commitments from questionable recruits? Rarely...

We are UK football fans. By definition, we are either optimistic or masochistic.
Or both!

I often compare us to Charlie Brown, Lucy, and the effin' football. That little *** pulls the ball away every year, but I keep thinking we'll kick the snot out of it some day soon!
