Dom is out

Looks like we play 9. Don't see him suddenly having faith in Willis. Hope we stay out of foul trouble.

Does anyone know what kind of medical procedure he had done? Doesn't sound serious, but I'm just curious.

We never had issues with foul trouble much when we played 6-7 players, not sure why you are so worried about it playing 9.

Because without WCS we're not nearly as good. All players are not the same.

WCS rarely gets into foul trouble...you people worry too much. Alabama has nothing down low.

I hate to hear that.

At the same time, Cal claimed that Dom beat out Willis for the 10th man position. So, if he opened it up to a competition you would have to imagine that he would just slide in the next guy. I doubt he'd start Willis, but I don't see why he wouldn't plug him in and keep the successful platoon system flowing.

I thought Willis looked good during his abbreviated time with the starters. I think he could be plugged into the lineup selectively without hurting the team too much.

I agree. Willis didn't look too bad at all the first time he came in during meaningful part of the game. He didn't do anything great but certainly didn't hurt us at all either. Just think what this game might have been with Hawkins' energy and defense on the court today. Wow!
