....not to put the cart in front of the horse. I'm sure I will get hammered by many for stating my opinion on this but would it not be better for the Harrison twins ( and any other players as well) to wait until they know they are for sure going to be a high enough draft pick to have guaranteed $$ before going out and purchasing new automobiles....I know they get advance $$ from the agents, but if not drafted in the 1st round or maybe not at all, does not that $$ have to be repaid? No bashing please....just my own observation.

At the very least they will make enough money to foot the monthly car note. I think each will make six figures next year. They'll be ok.

They know the money will be here either in NBA or overseas. Plus you have some agents buying vehicles for them to get them to sign.

I haven't seen what the Harrisions have bought (if anything?), but WCS just got a high-priced ride...but for him it should be fine as he's a top 10 pick for sure. I really usually only see guys who are very likely to go top 10 or lottery go out and buy things like that anyways.

I think the problem is that they were never going to get that guarantee. They've spent two years fighting their own hype, which said they were going to be A+++ world beaters, when in reality they were solid B players. There's nothing wrong with that and no shame in it. But that is no reason to stick around two extra years and get your game picked apart more and most likely not move the needle on your draft position. And if an agent wants to give you a car, hell take it.
