Does V J King stay at Louisville if Pitino leaves

Pitino stays, gets another raise! Louisville first, cards forever! UL fans and media will say its all about adversity, strong leadership, and they overcome everything. Year of the Cardinal. King comes and saves the day for the entire Jefferson County area!

Sound about right?

Stays, but not by choice.

Signed his LOI, I dont see Jurich as the type to let a kid like that walk..

If they go on probation I think he is able to get out of his LOI.

Cannot find this anywhere.

Only in the case that the player required NCAA reinstatement himself is it null and void is the closest the rule book gets to it.

If he was stupid enough to commit to the Tards, doubt he's smart enough to even know to ask for his release...

Or maybe he just loves whores.

I was not sure, just thought I had heard it when BP left Tennessee.

You would think it would be possible. Of course nothing goes the way of the athlete.

In researching this I came across the concerted effort by schools keeping their positions coaches from leaving until the day after signing day to other jobs.

Lots of kids complaining about this, never knew how rampant it was and the fact that all schools are complicit with each other.

Very classy of you to talk about a 17 year old kid like this. How would you like it if someone called your child a retarded whore monger? And I don't understand your philosophy. UK can sign 5 or so players a year. Everyone else is stupid because they decide to play college basketball?

No. There are other smart places for a high level talent to play - like at Duke or Michigan State.

On the other hand, kids who don't think they can make the league immediately can go a number of places where I'd call it a good decision.

But if I were a parent, one of those places wouldn't be into the sticky hands of Rick Pitino, who is at a school that's been juggling sex-related scandals like it's going out of style. Just my personal take. You, of course, may choose to differ. Louisville has a good basketball program, but the timing just isn't right for it to be considered a "smart decision" for a kid to go there.

I'm pretty sure my kid wouldn't choose to go play for the single most corrupt school in all of college sports.

So I doubt I'd have to worry about it.

Pitino is not leaving. He is going to have a really good team next season. Only losing Lee and Lewis. King w I'll replace Lee and Mitchell is set to replace Lewis.

So... you are insinuating you are a really good team this year?

Beat someone better than Pitt who had as bad a cupcake schedule as you guys then we will see.

According to your posters UK is awful and you still couldn't beat us...

I wish the NCAA and its member Institutions would change the rule, it is not really fair to a student athlete that signs early only to be penalized when the school gets hit with probation before he ever hits campus.

So in other words, you feel the underage paid sex orgies he oversaw in Minardi Hall were perfectly acceptable. Got it
Louisville fans have zero morals... literally... ZERO.

They're fine with whores, cheerleaders overdosing, bringing in convicted sex/DV offenders...

There is no line they won't support their disgusting administration in crossing.

A kid I wonder about is Terrence Ferguson. When I was watching the HS basketball marathon yesterday they kept mentioning that he hasn't signed and even said his relationship with Bama may have soured a bit. That would be a perfect addition. But getting Ferguson and Bolden would definitely mean someone had to transfer. But does anyone know anything about his situation?

I don't think Pitino leaves either. But y'all also get Hicks. A transfer from Penn St. He's going to be really good. So basically y'all have Hicks, King, and a Soph. Mitchell to replace Lee and Lewis. You better just hope Onawaku comes back. Then y'all should be top 10.

Assuming Hicks doesn't hook up with Chane or punch an opposing player...

You guys should look something like this...

Snider
Hicks
King
Spalding
Onawaku

Mathiang
Johnson
Mitchell
Adel
and whoever else.

You guys should easily be top 10. But as always, when we play you guys. We'll break it off in ya like always.

I'm not so sure Onuaku doesn't declare for the draft after the season.

Not many good big guys, and he is at least serviceable.

Better yet, how would you feel if a school was offering your child whores in order to attain his recruitment. Tell us more about this moral pedestal your school stands on.
