what a load of shhh. we basically get punished for a call the refs made?
The rule is absolutely bullshit but if they insist on it then they need to review it immediately and if not returning it to the team with obvious recovery at least use the possession arrow.
It's crazy how unlucky things seem to be going for this team. Didn't we lose the game in overtime last time that happened when the two points would've won us the game in regulation? Or did I just make that up and I'm thinking of a different call?

Wait, they dont use the alternating possession for their blown call? How are they going to punish a team for their bad call?
I watched the arrow and it didn't swap after that play. Insane man, it's like they had an intern come up with the new rule and no one reviewed it.
The internal optimist in my is using this fact plus the fact that the team is just now fully healthy to think maybe we can make some noise come March.
As bad as we've played we could easily be 19-4 or 18-5 and we'd be ranked 3-8 rangeb in the polls. That's not optimism that's facts. We've just lost all 5 close or OT games we have played and had poor execution down the stretch. Win a few of those and we are top 10 and in the hunt for a good seed still. So yes combine that with all the injuries and I think the angry fan base has over reacted so far this season. I'm as disappointed as anyone in this team and the way the seasons played out. At the same time I know we could still turn it around.
