Devin Askew putting up some respectable numbers

Askew was awful here but alot of that was in cal. He never had the ability to play here but cal made it worse by reclassing him up a year and trying to play him like the other great pgs.

Just awful.

Another example of the ineptness of the previous administration.
SGA shows up and can't start over this bum until his hand was forced.
Seems like a familiar pattern.

He’s 33 years old and his NIL pays his kids’ daycare payments in that shitty state.

When you’re 33 you’re usually about your best at sports and stuff. I hope he’s savin up.
If California was a country it would have the 5th largest economy in the world. As Kentuckians we use some of the tax money they generate.

We are 4th on the takes more than it pays out list and they are 3rd in pays more than it it gets list.

But yea. If you’re talking basketball everyone sucks comparably to us. Go Big Blue! And I love my state, but facts are facts.

That shooting percentage is ugly, especially considering that his assist numbers aren't very good for a PG. I wonder is his handles are any better or if he still has trouble making it over half court without picking up his dribble?

Shitty state

"Respectable numbers."

He's a 22 year old 5th year senior, on the 2nd worst team in a 1-bid crap conference, scoring 19 points on 15 shots with a 1.2 A:TO ratio as a lead guard. He's just not a good basketball player.

Ky is a s$&#@y state. I was born here and live here now.. Amazing how many people outside of the population centers have just given up. You’re probably like most Kentuckians. Talk smack about CA but have probably only heard about CA from Fox News.
I don’t live in Kentucky. Nor am I a Kentuckian. Take some more guesses about what ya think ya know. I plan to start poundin some Bud Heavies about 7:00 if ya wanna make it fun.

I spend at least one week in CA every month, sometimes two. I'm qualified to comment. I didn't, but I'm qualified.

On a team that’s 7-24… like Vitale said about Olivier Sarr at Wake Forest, someone has to score!

18 points per game ranking him 50th in all of Division 1 is respectable..

Nobody is forcing you to stay in Kentucky. If it's so bad then leave.

Askew will have better numbers by the time he is a senior. It's too early to say he's a bust.
