I can't even fathom living in a place like that. Well done young man.

My sources told me that with the purchase of the home, it also comes with lifetime free tours of Folsom Prison. I can't confirm, but it was told to me. Love the all dirt upper yard, I bet that looks real good when a nice rain storm comes thru. It doesn't happen often, but when it does, I bet it gets super muddy on the bottom portion of the yard. Also, it looks as though there have been a many dunk contest on the pool goal. That goal is leaning almost into the water. Need to replace that bad boy to spice up the joint a little.

Wow ...imagine what he could have if it weren't for his being discriminated against. AMERICA SUCKS!

No thanks, even if I could afford it and wanted to move to Folsom. If I'm paying that much for a house, there aren't going to be any neighbors at all.

I wonder if players for the Warriors and Knicks have to think about housing prices, if they are the lower paid guys on the team.

There was a big price tag too ($1.6mm). I'll bet he netted zero after upgrades he made and commissions. It is still a great place even if WAY out of my price range... 😭

Nicest place I ever lived. Daughter lives in San Jose and loves it

Well that’s your experience and that’s fine. For the vast majority, California is unlivable. Few rights, high taxes, high crime, and a very culturally screwed up place.

There’s a reason California has seen more people leave in the last 10 years than any state in the union by far. Texas has seen thousands move in from California.

Communist states suck for the most part. The only upside California ever had was landscape. Other than that it’s a fairly miserable place. I’ve got friends stationed there around 29 palms and they’re dying to get back East. Absolutely hate it.
