De'Aaron Fox has some Hops

First, I think he cheated by boosting himself up.

Second, he had an awfully slow walk up...do not want.

His eurostep is the most impressive thing about his game to me... He is very under control... Plus there is something about that lefty jumper that just looks so good

If we could add Fox in the early signing period to the two guys we already have on board - Wow.

I'm as excited about adding DeAaron as I've ever been about a player not only because his skill, but because of his personality and character. Same goes for Gabriel and SKJ - Cal is bringing great kids into the program.

Left handed point guards are so fun to watch play. The pull up jumper this kid has is going to be deadly and with that skillset added with his hops and quickness, he will be unguardable. When you add a SG like Monk and pair him with Fox, it will be the most exciting and talented duo in the backcourt in the entire country. I think Fox will be the key to reeling in Monk. When you're the best scoring guard in the country it only makes sense to want to play with the best point guard. When you're a scorer, you want the best possible guy available getting you the ball. I believe both guys have talked about how lethal a backcourt they would be together and will make it happen at Kentucky. When Fox makes it official to Kentucky, we will all be very happy.

Who was the poster who was singing Fox' praises about 4-5 months ago? That's the first I remember hearing of him, back when Kobi Simmons was rated much higher.

Guy knows his stuff. Cal needs to hire him as a talent evaluator.

They'd be outrageous together. Both very skilled AND ultra-athletic.

That would be my boy Poe. And yeah dude. Fox is the real deal. He'll be one of the best guards Cal has ever had. Up there with Wall and Rose mos def.

I received video of him prior to the SEC Tourney, couple of guys here jumped on board real quick I may add. Fox wasn't ranked as high as Simmons so it wasn't too popular but many saw the same potential I did.

He will be a great get.

Nobody really talks about how great his vision is.....I don't want to overreact but take an hour out of your day and watch him in the Nike Elite all star game in the Bahamas below. Yes the competition from the Bahama's team was not very good but watch the passes he makes! He reads the floor and sees passing lanes very well. I think he will be in the John Wall and Tyles Ullis caliber of pure passing ability.

I would love to see the Cats extend the defense with SKJ, Fox, Monk and Gabriel. It could get ugly for some people.

I can't take rankings made that early to be serious at all. You're right technically, but those guys were evaluated as exiting sophomores basically.

They are early, but this past spring would reflect their Jr seasons, which had been played by then.

The big difference is that the summer AAU games hadn't been played yet.
