It actually looked like the cool kids trounced a nerd team.
If Ulis returns next year and we can add Monk to our current class Duke will not beat us next year either. Our returning talent will be better and our incoming talent will be just as good. Plus we will be deeper. Allen will never be a star and other than Ingram who has a ton of talent, their young guys are not all that talented.
The way the three-guard offense worked out against Duke surely didn't hurt us with Malik Monk !
Funny how just a few years ago ESPN and Duke Fans were spouting off about how Calipari and UK were ruining College Hoops with the One and Dones,now we have the ESPN Duke Homers talking about how Coach K has turned Duke into the One and Done capital,LMAO

I'd say our freshmen looking like college all Americans vs. Duke's (the supposed new place to go for OAD's) looking like scrubs couldn't hurt.
I think it actually heLPS that some services had duke's class ranked as #1 this year. When all of them except Ingram are 4 year players, it will give future players pause before they pick Duke, weirdo coach k, hideous women, elitist Yankee students and a likely loss to a sun belt team on the first weekend of the tournament, for however long they are stuck in Durham.
The Duke effect. It's similar to the Kentucky effect only it elevates your high school ranking instead of your draft status.
