Thanks. Why would he transfer to Lex to play football if he wasn't planning on attending UK? I'm not aware of Lex HS's being particularly known for football & QB's.
He went from a small school in larue county to a top KY HS. Im sure some wasbto be seen. As he started getting national attention it looked like uk wasn't even a player. Then coen came vack and got it done. B
It's 99.99% at this point. He announced that the coaches know, so the recruiting specialists at the other schools called their coaches and found out it wasn't then, so a bunch of CBs switched to UK. Also, they wouldn't invite KSR to do the show at the school if they were not picking UK.
They didn't switch. He has only had crystal balls and future casts to uk. They just followed Wiltfong. Chad Simmons ON3 put one in for UK a couple weeks ago.

Lex Christian is a 2A school but consistently beats schools in higher classifications. They also regularly compete for the State Championship and consistently ranked in the top 20 overall in the state. 2 years ago they were arguably the top team in Lex, b4 he transferred, and ranked top 10 all year. The only team in Lex that may be better this year is FD. FD was 5A but I think are being moved up to 6A. Christian also recruits players and had an attractive high scoring offense that lured him there. Larue Co is not none at all for football though they have a higher attendance.

Picking uk and signing with uk are two separate things. I hope we can get him signed in the end but it may be a war with 10 teams on the board
He actually has a top 4 and they all have their qbs besides UK. Kid is already recruiting his teammates. Even have some names. UK has over 20 OVs coming and he will be there recruiting as well.
“Handcuffs and shackles” no specifics on what the handcuffs and shackles were but thank goodness they were “freed up”. I thought it a few unnamed big money donors that saved our class, now it’s shackles and handcuffs being freed up.
It started changing when Coen came back and since his Feb visit UK has been near the top. UK made him their priority while UT brought in a 24 qb. We all have seen how fast things can change in recruiting
