If my math is wrong, please feel free to correct ...
But while this will be this team's first trip to the NCAA Tournament as a group, our available players have a fair amount of experience in the event, with a total 9-8 record:
Butler -- 7-4 with SDST
Brea -- 1-1 with Dayton
Almonor -- 1-1 with FDU
Carr -- 0-1 at Delaware
Williams -- 0-1 at Drexel
All but Williams played a significant role in their appearances (I think Amari played about four minutes against Illinois), and of course both Butler and Almonor had particularly memorable March Madness moments. And this doesn't include Robinson and Kriisa, both of whom have played in the NCAA Tournament as well.
We have a full five-man line-up's worth of guys who have been here before and have unfinished business to take care of, as does their coach. I'm excited to see what they can do together.
