Hearing that Kentucky is likely to take a junior college wide receiver from the 2018 class. I will have more on that in just a little while.....next couple of days probably. Not saying anything is imminent but there are some guys they're looking at and one in particular who is intriguing.
Also, hearing that Kentucky is recruiting five-star wideout (No. 4 player nationally) Amon Ra. He's one of several kids in that family who have been high profile recruits, all the sons of a former Mr. Universe (John Brown) who made a special point to name all of his children after Egyptian gods. A person who coached Stephen Johnson in H.S., and is connected in west coast recruiting told me that Amon wants to play early and often.
I don't think UK has a great shot with Ra but he did go out of his way to say they are recruiting him, but IMO, the bigger news is that UK is likely to take a JUCO WR.
