Could Tyler Ulis be nation's best point guard, headed for NBA next year?

In my opinion, Ulis needs one of two things to happen in order to content for that mantle.

1. Develop a consistent floater when he commits to getting in the lane.
2. Develop enough strength to be able to finish around the rim.

If both of those elements happen to his game, I think he will be close to the top of the pack as far as point guards go. If one of them happens, I still think he'll be in contention for the top point guard billing. His passing and decision making are just on another level. I'd love to have seen what he could have done with Booker on the other wing (opposite Murray).

He may be the best pure point guard in the country. He is pass first and fundamentally sound. His size may keep him from the NBA this season but we will see.

Tyler's consistency and his stats will determine if he's headed to the NBA after this year.
Odd to think he can be considered the best college PG, but is not projected in any mock drafts at this time.

Mock drafts think its Murray who will be the PG of choice.
