That by making UL take down their Championship Banner, it gives the NCAA a precedent so they can take North Carolina's down as well. It will be easier to defend their actions if Carolina tries to take them to court.

I actually think ole Roy getting a seemingly legit championship may open the door for his two that weren't legit to be taken away. Not holding my breath though.
