There are 6 games this week of ranked teams playing each other. But next weekend, the matchups are much more dire. We'll already have ESPN for noon game. Would love to get some extra excitement for the game.

1) First off, we got to make sure our side of the street is clean. Beat Vandy. Florida better win against Charlotte.
2) Ole Miss plays Bama. LSU plays Arkansas. Rooting big for Bama.
3) Auburn plays at Texas AM. God, I don't want to pull for Petrino.
4) they are not going back to Boulder. They will talk about it all day if colorado can win though.
5) Duke game scare me. I don't think espn would hesitate to have Notre Dame be visiting team twice.

I just don't see us getting College Gameday with a noon kickoff. However, I could definitely see them here for UK vs. UT if we go into the game with a record of 6-1 with the only loss being at UGA. UT could have 2-3 losses before they play us as they host Texas A&M and they play at Bama the week before they come to Lexington, but they also could be 6-1 if Bama keeps looking like crap. Both of us at 6-1 should be a Top 25 matchup.

Hoping for a 7:30 kickoff at Kroger with Tennessee on Oct. 28th. UK needs to make it a blackout game! That place will be rocking!

If Colorado and USC win this weekend that game will be the spot and maybe ratings record breaker.

For us, a Keeneland night game makes more sense for game day in terms of atmosphere, fanfare, photo opps, pageantry, etc...

Kentucky football and our boring style doesn’t move the needle. There is zero chance we host gameday. They would pick two highly ranked teams in FCS over us.

If the CATS beat the Gators then next weak in Athens could be the call. CATS would be tied for 1st in the East both UGA and UK undefeated.

There's two things I am getting tired of hearing about. Coach Prime (ESPN Gameday) and Mike Leach (SEC Gameday). No offense to Coach Leach, Miss State & his legacy , but the SEC Gameday crew is going a bit overboard. Two weeks in a row, they have filled a lot of their segments with these two. While we all hate the loss of Mike, I'm sure he would not want all this fuss over him. As far as Prime goes...they are just hyping this up way too much! I mean yeah he is doing a good job but damn...literally s@#+$*g his D on TV is all they have left to do at this point.

If Prime somehow manages to go 5 and 0 or 6 and 0, brace yourself. Lol. It’s gonna get a whole lot worse.

I don’t see them going twice, especially so soon.
Yeah...it's not unprecedented in recent years, but there would have to be another huge game to bump it. Notre Dame - Duke could be a possibility if they don't mind doing a ND game 2 weeks in a row. The only other game right now b/t 2 ranked teams next week is Ole Miss/LSU

2022 - UT hosted in Knoxville 3 weeks apart
2021 - UGA hosted 2 weeks apart

If they go to boulder again my Saturday morning will be freed up. I’ve seriously got prime fatigue…
Agree totally. Good story and all but we are talking about a coach acting like a trash talking player. He is a good coach. Move on media.

If Colorado gets tired of all this attention they should run as few plays as possible, look to the sidelines twice before snapping the ball, let the play clock run down to 5 every play, and play bend but don’t break defense. Just suck the life out of the game and all this attention will end.

We are picked like #3 or #4 SEC game of the week according to the television networks. There was three of four better games that the networks that cover SEC wanted before the Kentucky and Florida matchup. I highly doubt game day for all conferences will want this game. Last I looked at it was still a toss up whether the Florida game is on ESPN or the SEC network for the 12:00 slot. I assume they are waiting to see if both teams win this week. A&M and Arkansas game and UK and Florida is the only games without a network and both are at 12:00.

He was talking about next week when Colorado faces USC. If Colorado were to win against Oregon, it would be a top 10 matchup in Boulder next week probably.
Have they ever gone the same place twice in one season? They were just in Boulder last week.

Kentucky undefeated. Scored 45 points.
Auburn loses 27-10. Don't see why Gameday would want to go to their place next week.

You know espn is desperate for Colorado to win today so they can do the usc/Colorado game.

Prob will anyway, so they can show "how the buffs fight adversity" or whatever other free pub they can give them

I bet you cash they’ll go to Texas/Kansas if KU beats BYU. Just a gut feeling. Put 3U on Texas/Kansas.

Yeah, and I would understand that decision. But, the next week is Red River Rivalry. Think they might be holding out for that.

Duke is crushing UConn. Really think they have the inside track if Ole Miss doesn't pull it out.

Corso probably thinks he is being asked to show up for a ND vs Duke basketball game for charity.

Last week during the “400th pick segment” I legitimately thought they were gonna say Lee has cancer or is gonna die soon.

I have to give espn and Corso credit. He was clearly toast 8 to 10 years ago and they keep trotting him out as a mascot n 2023.

When he passes on I fully expect a crypt keeper version the next season.
