Rumors of Harbaugh going to the NFL, several assistants are leaving, he may be looking for a job
He was such a good recruiter when he was here.

If Clink came back I'd want him on the secondary. It's what he's done his entire career. I'm not sure who's coaching the secondary now or how likely it would be that Clink would get an offer (or if he would even want to come back)

Was the beef between Marrow and Clink after Clink was trying to recruit our guys to Michigan just a joke? If not, hard to imagine that bridge isn't a touch singed. For now.
I doubt that would be a problem. That's just business. I was thinking more along the lines of would Clink be looking for an offer from another big school. Kinda looks strange on the resume to go back to your previous employer.

I would love to have CLink back in the staff, Would add a great coach and even better recruiter.

Wish we could get Woodyard in the program to learn and work his way up. But right now got to have a top proven recruiter to go with that position.

Kind of hard to get someone back in the program coaching when they aren't wanting to coach. If he truly wanted to coach he would be coaching somehwere instead of working in insurance.

Sports commentaries are claiming Harbaugh would be good for Vikings, Bears, Giants and Broncos. But, is Harbaugh interested in going back to the NFL? If not, he will let this news linger for a few days, because it can actually help him and UM, and then announce he is not interested. If he is interested, UM is going to take a few steps backwards. The good news for UM is that players will be likely be stuck there through the spring.

Chris Collins and Frank Buffalo, according to UK Athletics dot com.

I think that might depend on the tactics used. If you leave one school and then start bad mouthing them and the coaches and such in order to beat out that school for a recruit, then you're probably burning some bridges. If you merely move schools and continue to recruit while not focusing on the previous school, then it would be more understandable and that would be, imo, 'just business.'

Interesting idea, it would possibly put his career path on target to be DC here in the event White leaves.
I'm sure he would do great with the LBs.

Nah...we aren't that desperate are we? We need to coach up kids technical skills...we need a legit LB coach.

If you want Clink back...but ties with Buffano or Collins and get a legit LB coach.

Clinkscale will not be back. For one thing, he wants to be a coordinator. For another, he burned his bridge with Marrow. I don't think it was just over one recruit.

Everyone keeps saying we need to get Wesley Woodward back in coaching when he’s started his own insurance business and has no desire to be coaching or he would be in it.

I thought he started a real estate business with his wife?

Makes sense, but I think some people are pointing to a comment he made not too long ago where he said he's dream is to be head coach at UK. Maybe that's like someone saying their dream is to win the power ball, or maybe he really meant it, but if he wanted to be a coach, yea he should get into coaching at some level.

I think his experience as the kommandant of Stalag 13 helped his coaching ability.....or was that Klink?

My dream is to win the power ball and I really mean it. No such luck, yet. Although, I guess I would have to actually play to win.
