I am bringing my son up for our first ever spring game and I was hoping that some of the more experienced fans could let me know what to expect.

Kickoff being at 730....is there any thing going on beforehand or even afterwards? Autographs, meet the players, etc?

They will likely announce stuff like that soon but haven't seen anything yet. Parking lots open at 4.

I'll be having a small tailgate waiting for kickoff..

Eating fried foods, drinking beer and feeling like crap the next day. I can't wait. I'm glad I get to do this 8 times this season.

The softball game was fun last year. Yea we lost but it was fun. Is there a Baseball or Softball game going on that day.

you can park around the stadium for free and some are going to be tailgating, bring the grill and a few drinks and enjoy!

Does anybody have any info on how many tickets have been distributed? Have tickets , but would much rather sit in the uppers where our season tickets are.

be sure to catch the players coming into the stadium by unit, mostly, as they come from the training center. I think it starts around 45 min prior to kickoff. Your son esp would probably enjoy seeing the guys w/o helmets on and high fivin people, esp the kids.Get a good up close look at the coaches too.

Friday softball games are always late so that the player on the visiting team don't have to miss class. Parking lots do not open until 4pm because they have to get the students' cars out of there and many are still in class until 3 or 4pm.
