Terrible choice if for nothing more Lane Kiffin is must see TV. Love that guy. Went from my least favorite person in college football a decade ago to my favorite today. Never had that happen before.

Duke won the ACC recently. The MAC has had better football these days.

A lot of good games next weekend. I thought the Kiffin factor might make it happen but based on rankings Clemson and nc state is best matchup.
Would rather have them in Lexington when we play Georgia for the east.
We get smoking hot Laura Rutledge instead of geriatric Lee Corso. We win.
Even if we have just one loss, that game will still be for the East, so deserving of a college Gameday visit.

Yeah Duke did make the title game ... the same year Missouri made it in the SEC, in their first of two straight SEC championship game appearances. This was also the same year Florida State won the national championship.
So ... I guess sh!t programs can make the conference championship without impacting their conference's ability to win it all.

Crazy how much difference the accuracy of a single kick effects a national outlook. Dude hits top of upright on the road against a preseason top 5 team and because it wasn't an inch higher or to the left they aren't a top 10 team going against thr number 1 team.
Yep. But of course, the logic is great teams find ways to win. Average teams lose by small margins. Good teams win by those same margins.
I don’t have any opinion on him either way but I do like his offensive style.
