Granted, it is a Navy game with triple option & Doamers are running quite a bit as well.......but I think the new clock rules are going to shorten game times, cut down plays & points much more than anyone expected

Yeah a few teams kickoff Thursday so everyone stock the liquor cabinet and munchies.. it's the best time of year... Can't wait to have that gameday feeling.

I just despise the new clock rule. I love college football and just hate the trend to make it like the pro game. The fact that the clock stops on first down was one thing that made the college game so exciting. The TV whores seemed determined to ruin every sport This was also done due to pressure from TV networks and the big confetence commisioners didnt have the stones to say no.
