He has done a fabulous job building this program from the absolute bottom. The recruiting, player development and excitement around the program are unquestionably at an all time high. And he built it the right way. But, he has to change his philosophy of winning. Nick Saban did. We aren't good enough, and never will be, to slow the game down and try to win games against the big boys with this philosophy. Need to be way more aggressive on offense and allow the really really good skill players that you recruited try to win games. Can't play scared in the SEC and win big. He has to fix the embarrassment that is special teams. Louie Matsakis is not getting it done.

Great post - will never happen though - he’s very wealthy playing this style - he has basically a lifetime contract
He has his thumb all over the offense coordinator- just like he did the other 4
