"At the end of the day, this falls on me as the coach." That's true. It's his responsibility.

"They must buy in!" That's true, but sometimes I don't think the players know what he's selling. Like Seth Greenburg said, "Cal runs an offense just to run an offense, not to score." That's always been the knock on him and I have mentioned many times, he's too stubborn for his own good.
