Class of 2016 National Rankings

Interesting that Bam is slotted at 12. I think he's a slight step below Giles at PF. Bam looks like the real deal to me. Fultz ahead of Monk is ridiculous IMO.

These rankings are much different than most. This must be the service that lindys magazine uses.

Not sure that they are legitimate rankings if they have Bam outside the top 10.
Scout and 247 also have him outside the top 10.

There's 0 question about Bam's body and athletic ability, but there are questions about his skill level.

No way I would put Fultz ahead of Monk. I think Monk is starting to get underrated a bit because he burst onto the scene so early. The crazy things he does every night seem commonplace at this point, but the dude is a stud

I think when you have Bam outside your top 10, you are going to look like a fool this time next season. When you have the frame and strength Bam has, you don't really have to have much of a skillset in the post to make an impact. Bam has a pretty good motor. When your motor runs full blast every play, he will score points on putbacks and by just running the floor. When this kid developes post moves, he will be a real force to deal with. It probably won't happen during his one year at Kentucky, but even with his current skillset, he's going to help our post game a lot. Bam is a freak and will be a lotto pick. If we didn't have the guards we are going to have next year, i might disagree with what i'm saying. With the guards we will have next year, forget about it. This kid will look awesome during his time at Kentucky. Monk is another kid that is going to be hard to stop in college. Some may be underrating him a lil bit since he's been so good for so long, but once they get a look at him at Kentucky, they will figure out the fact he's a future star at the next level. We're lucky we have these guys coming to Kentucky next year. I don't care how bad these talent gurus underrate our guys. It won't make a difference when the season starts and Cal gets to work his magic with these kids.
