Churchill Downs Inc to sell another track so an NFL stadium can be built

Looks like the Bears will be buying the property that Arlington Park currently sits on and moving out there. They sold the Hollywood Park property in 2005 and stopped racing there about 5 years later. The Rams and Chargers new stadium is now on the site. I'm wondering how much longer the Fairgrounds in New Orleans has? There have been rumors around it for years now and the trainers down there have been complaining about it deteriorating.

The Bears moved one step closer to leaving historic Soldier Field, announcing Wednesday they signed a $197.2 million purchase and sale agreement with Churchill Downs Inc. for the 326-acre Arlington Park property in suburban Arlington Heights, Illinois.

So, I believe, Churchill rendered Illinois Derby irrelevant, by not making them part of Road to Derby because not owned by Churchill, and now they are selling their Illinois track. Do I have this right?
