I agree that Ulis and Alex are likely to provide a level of leadership to this team that exceeds any that we've seen from anyone on any of Cal's prior teams. And that's saying a lot -- given my very high esteem for MKG's leadership.

And, as we've seen demonstrated already -- it all starts in the summer.
