I'm sure harbaugh is on the phone begging for that job. Last few few years he begged and pleaded for a spot in the NFL.

Why would a NFL team not hire Harbaugh....he did a really good job at the 49ers.
The guys they are re-using like the McDaniels, Lovie Smith, any Shannahan/McVey assistant, etc... I'd argue Harbaugh is a good bet for a NFL team.

Too rah rah, gets on people too hard, his style wears thin on pros after 3 years or so.
Hopefully Champ gets the full-time gig...should know soon. Think it'll be between Kelly and Dodds from the Colts. Have changed my opinion on the coach tho...all in for Antonio Pierce now. Guy has brought a vibe to the Raiders and Raider Nation that's been missing and the team plays for him.
