My favorite day and time slot. God forbid we lose, at least I got to enjoy most of the first round beforehand.

Once we lose my interest takes a massive nosedive. Also there’s no waiting around for a game to end like we dealt with last weekend.

Agree, and then on Sunday I like being that 5 o clock prime time slot

Exactly why I love the Friday evening games. It also means that if we win on Friday, I get to enjoy a full day of Sat games as well.

Yep this is why I love it.

And say we lose second round, if it's one of the last games of the day, I'll have a few days to get over the sadness and still be able to watch the following week.

Lost on a Thursday and what is IMO the best four days of college bball, all of a sudden I have no desire to see.

I honestly can't remember the last time we had a day game in the opening round. I believe we did the few times kentucky was a 1 seed.. but it seems like we been playing this 7-8pm game for years now.
I remember one, not sure if it was the last though.

I believe it tipped off the tourney that year.

We played EKU. Only won by 8 in a game that was pretty jacked up in terms of officiating. Reffed by our boy John Higgins.

Perfect timing for us. We get the whole first round without worrying about being out basically. And it’s not going to be late enough to where it will affect our rest

was gonna answer but you beat me to it. Great minds think alike. It was a sunny, warm day in Kentucky cause I remember shooting around at halftime cause I was nervous.

It was cold as balls up by me. But it always is for the most part haha.

Funny story. Last year our fantasy football punishment was the loser had to stand outside the bar on march madness and play the flute until he collected $20. It was like 40 degrees but with like 30-40mph winds.. it was brutally cold for those 3 hours he had to stand out there playing awful flute music hahaha.
