Forget the fact that we OWN UofL in every aspect of college basketball, but having the Senate Majority Leader(Mitch McConnell) backing your school has kept them out of A LOT of their past problems.

Hmmm... UK just beat the Cards on the field in football last season, on their home field, with their best quarterback in recent memory. And as for basketball, well, UK's domination in that series is well documented. So much for that ironclad logic, eh?

But this isn't surprising. There isn't much to say, really. They're certainly not going to say, "I was wrong about Rick." That would require humility, and most of these message board heroes haven't an ounce of that.
