TAM missed 11 free-throws and we out-shot them from three …. We were outrebounded and could not stop their drives. Boils down to DEFENSE, REBOUNDING and FREE-THROW SHOOTING, as it USUALLY does.

We did get out rebound by 8 against the best offensive rebounding team in the nation. I think there was that one play in OT where they got 6 straight rebounds in one play. So let’s not get carried away that we were vastly out rebounded. End of the day they scored we didn’t.

I’m more angry about the rebounding than I am the defense . I expect defensive struggles from a bunch of freshmen.

I said on another thread...what is their problem with learning some defense? It makes me want to pull my hair out when they don't play defense.
