Good, if the players don't believe thier great they won't be. We need these guys running though brick walks for each other. Aren't going to have any babies on the team.

The most important question is did Cam interview Ivisic? And was a translator needed?
How did Mills get any answers? When I've had the misfortune of hearing him, he never stops talking.
This group does seem different than what we’ve had the last few seasons. They act like a group that will embrace the pressure and bright lights of playing at UK.
I think they’re going be fun to watch. We’ll see how that translates to winning soon enough.

I get it. I have no expectations for this season and will not form any until league play. But this group does seem more in the mold of Cal’s better teams. Time will tell though.
Agree ... greatness starts with attitude that feeds winning. Mills is a perfect example b/c he wasn't a guy that was gifted athletically as some of "his" teammates with whom he played but his attitude and confidence weighed heavily when his team needed him. I have great respect for Cameron Mills and don't really have any reason to discount his opinions so, I would tend to be encouraged by his take regarding the team.
We do but isn't that part of being a blue blood, I think All dynasty's in sports have periods of mediocracy. Not saying anyone is wrong for feeling like they need to see it first.
No, but he's been eating free at the Waffle House ever since he hit the go-ahead three against Duke back in 1998.
It's not about "periods of mediocracy". It's the coach. Cal needs to go. Things will improve once he's gone.

Yeah, I'd definitely agree on the point about Mills and how he just never shuts up. It's obnoxious. And, most of the time he doesn't truly know what he's even talking about. Someone will ask him a question about the LSU game in 94 and everyone else knows we were down 31, but Cameron says when we come back from 35 down. He mentioned in same podcast how Maglorie wanted #21 when he got to UK. Then he said JM didn't get 21, but couldn't figure out what number Jamaal wore. I bet everyone on this board knew Maglorie wore 42.
I know those details may seem insignificant to some, but you gotta know these kind of details to be taken seriously. If you ever go fact check anything he says it's usually off. He will cut callers off or interrupt them on the show just to "correct" them with more incorrect info.
It starts to add up over time and I just want the guy to know his shit.. he had a nice career and was a KY boy so he suppose to know this stuff. I still like Mills the player but his radio work sucks.
He should take Dillingham, O and Bradshaw with him at least 3 days a week
"available at some point" doesn't sound all that encouraging to me. Healing since early June. No doubt we need Z if we are to have 1 person who can play the 5 spot.
We can dance around this issue all we want but the team is thin as hell at the 4 and 5 positions. Maybe we can go the Oral Roberts faith healing route,it would probably work as well as what we are currently doing
