We have commitments from 3 PF's that can play and guard several other positions. Can't wait to see who we get a commitment from next!!

If your the top of in the class like Fox, you have to Love the idea of being on the court and throwing lobs to this kid. We are going to be so atheletic on the court. Just imagine all the ways Cal could decide to play. It's insane how much of a Badass Cal is at recruiting.

You guys do know Cal didn't come up wit this concept, right?

He's been advocating this recently off the success of the GSW+ other NBA franchises choosing to go small or get creative w/ their lineups.

He's certainly worked particularly hard the last few months.

No, you're the only one who knows anything.

Once again, Cal was way out in front in terms of marketing/recruiting. His positionless concept was something he tweeted during the GSW run.

Cal, unlike the GSW's, seems to love going tall with Bigs that can guard on the perimeter and take other Bigs off the dribble. The Pick & Roll is such a big part of the game now, you have to have players athletic enough to defend all over the floor. On offense, those same players must be able to score from all over the floor.

Cal is revolutionizing the traditional concept of the 5 set positions, which in turn has made our program even more attractive to long, athletic players.

"Positionless basketball" was talked about in length during 2012 Miami Heat run. Been around for a few years now and before Warriors last year

Who cares who came up with this idea? I'm thankful that we have a smart enough coach to go with whatever style of play is working at the highest level of basketball and the style of basketball every big kid who dreams of being a 6'4 shooting guard when in reality he's 6'10 and can knock down a outside shot. Our coach is smart enough to always adapt to whatever the flavor of the month is in the basketball world and this is the reason we will always be at the top or near the top of every recruiting season.

Couple of big guards away from being interchangeable all over the floor.
