Cals comments post game?

Sounded frustrated with our bigs again not performing, kicked out the idea of going down the bench looking for players who just didn't want tp play but to win...Kinda thought that was the reason they played the game

No mention of us being "the youngest team in basketball"?
He's usually good for at least one of those after every game, win or lose.

He did say that he might have to play Humphries and Wynyard, but I will believe it when I see it.

Said players are not playing winning basketball. Has to get Murray to play smarter, but that he's the least of his worries. Basically called out Alex and Lee without naming them. Also said that about 12-15 mins is all he wants to play Skal because he's not ready for more than that.

I think it would be interesting to see what Cal had to say, and I am out of the listening area this week. Thanks, in advance, to whoever posts them.

Don't any of you listen? He said he made a mistake recruiting Skal. Said that he wasn't going to play him anymore unless we are up by 20 with less than 4 minutes to go. Strong stuff. Went on and on about Poythress and Lee spending so much time together that their periods had linked up. Said if they give them any more Midol that it will exceed NCAA limits.

Said they were young, dumb, and full of cumulative ignorance.

Cal always says this, and by the next game, you see no more changes. Looks like he has been forced to play
Willis. I know he keeps saying that he may have to play Humphries and Wynyard, and then never does. You know what they say about expecting different results from the same actions?

Whatever he said was the truth as it is everytime we lose . The nature of the game but we lose less then anyone so I am good!

I have to agree. Unlike RP, who acts like a spoiled child after a loss, Cal will come out and be gracious. He will answer all the medias questions, and give his opinion as to what happened, and what needs to get better. He is very classy when it comes to this.

If Lee, Poy, and Skal aren't getting it done, why doesn't he at least give Tai and Hump a few minutes? Maybe not at the same time, but when your 5'8" pg out rebounds all three, something has to change.
Just not happening in Fayetteville. Mentioned how small Arkansas is and it would be tough to play the other bigs in that game.

He tossed his usual one player under the bus. Today it was Briscoe for fouling when he told him to be sure and not. If we had ground it out we would have been fine. But that `s what you get when your coaching young players. That line gets old to me.

Did he say that each player just has to be the best version of themselves?
