LOL this couldn't be more false. Have you ever watched Euroleague or any european basketball? Try watching a game at Oaka Arena and tell me you don't gotta be tough to play in that atmosphere.
Just to be clear. I really REALLY want Wilson here . I just think we need some physically developed veterans to go with him.

Plays for ASU and I’ve watched 3 games of his this season so far and he’s about 6’9” 230 and moves a little stiff but he’s quick, strong as hell, elevates way above the rim, can pass it, very active, physical. Just 17 too. Young, but he’s gonna be real good.
Doin 9 and 8 on the season with 3 blocks. 20.3 PER.

Getting Wilson would be huge for recruiting momentum and next year. If Pope can sign top 5-10 classes consistently, we're in for a fun ride in the coming years.

Yeah, Joe Tipton said he is close to putting an RPM for Kentucky. think Branham wants to be different hence the unpopular opinion.

Why would he want to commit to UNC, with a pretty high chance they will have a new Head Coach next year? If he was leaning UNC, I'd wait until after season is over and the coaching carousel starts. I know you can get out of NIL/NLI stuff,,, but still...
Branham is too big to just throw shit out there for the sake of being contrarian. He's obviously heard something, we just have to hope it's inaccurate.
Here is my opinion. I think everybody has pretty similar information right now. After Caleb Wilson took all of this visits Kentucky was a strong favorite. He and the family shut everything down publicly once the season started. Part of it may have been not to share the spotlight with Dybantsa. Much of the other was to kind of watch the teams. In my opinion, we are picking up where we left off in November. Kentucky was the favorite, and the two parties were in agreement over NIL terms. Things can change overnight in this current recruiting landscape, but for now I haven't heard anything any different.
