Cal, while at Memphis, kept several reporters out of open practices and even banned a few commercial appeal loud mouths from the press take. Beat writers in Memphis knew cal ran the show. Cal is not above telling reporters to gtfo.

The word to leave Tipton alone is not coming from cal. He would show him the door. Cal doesn't have that power at UK, and I wish he did. Tipton wouldn't have survived this long.
