Cal has now coached UK as long as Pitino did. We've won one national championship under Cal and we won one national championship under Pitino, but Pitino's recruits won another under Tubby. Cal has a slightly better winning percentage at UK than Pitino did.

I get really confused when people say this is the best run of Kentucky Basketball. Multiple times we've won at least two titles in a three yr span. Those are way better. I don't care if we win draft night or recruiting class Wars. They mean nothing.

There were 20 years between Rupp's last NC in 58 and Joe B's in 78. And 18 years until the next one in 96. And 14 between 98 and 2012.
