Don't be so sure. Cal tweeted about red velvet cake right after we landed Randle. That was the dessert Cal brought his mom on the last in-home and it was well-known to UK fans.

I try not to read too much into it but Cal never does or says anything without a purpose, i.e., all of his speech about getting kids to NBA as oppose to winning championships. There is a method to his madness. Definitely makes things interesting.

Well, listening to Bilas this am, I heard him bring up Murray and my version I'm running with is Murray has classwork to complete to be eligible for 2015, and that is the reason nothing has been announced yet.

The Alltech conference convinced me; Cal could have put anyone else out there, but Murray was the perfect example.

It will never happen like you state it. Of that you can be sure. He may not come to UK but I'd bet money on him either playing this season in college or going pro next season. Plenty of other players have went elsewhere but the last part I will put money on.

Ive said it before, I'll say it again, I'm slightly more connected than most of you on here and i dont care if you believe it or not. I know nothing about Jamal Murray though, but I'm sure these 2 tweets were not related. I'm sorry I'm not just seeing what I want to see and drawing conclusions based off that. Murray is either coming here or he isnt, stop trying to read the tea leaves. And if he doesn't come then you need to move on with life, and enjoy the team we put on the floor. I agree with some that the two tweets mean nothing but they do sound so similar. If you remember couple ago when Murray was interviewed he also talked about getting better as a player and going to a team and head coach that would make better. That was the same interview he talked about the process and he also talked about wanting to be #1 in the 2016 NBA Draft. There has been quite a few things that Murray has said if you look at the teams Murray is looking at you would think Kentucky and Coach Cal would be where Murray picks in the end. When Murray was talking so much about practicing and playing against the best and wanting to become the best and be the #1 selection in the 2016 NBA Draft the first thing I thought was when you look at over the 5+ years Coach Cal has been at UK and look at the #1 players and not only #1 players but the Top 10 players and Lottery Players from UK since Coach Cal arrived at Kentucky. There has no been no other Head Coach or School than Kentucky that can give what Murray has been talking about in his interviews being #1 in the 2016 NBA Draft, playing and practicing against the best, being pushed by a coach to become the best all leads to Murray to UK.
