i think we are seeing this pan out. We are all a little shook over recent recruiting decisions. I still think we are one 6-7 to 6-8 slasher scorer away from being a top 5 team. In fact I thought that is what was lacking this past season. I hope we can find that guy someplace. Otherwise we will play with our dealt hand. A lot on here keep talking about 2011. Do we have any one on next year's team as good as Brandon Knight Doron Lamb Terrance Jones or Miller? We won't know until after the season starts. Some keep selling 2011'short. Jorts worked his butt off to become a man and the other 4 were big time players. The players we do have wanted to wear UK on their chest. I am behind them 1000%. Basketball season is always fun for me. Sometimes they don't end the way I want and I think we are all still a little hungover from Wisconsin.

I think in the same tone TN, Cal doesn't want everyone. Some get caught up in the fact that every 5* Cal is recruiting. He may take a look but some guys attitudes, personalities and baggage don't fit here. Miller was the puzzle piece that fit for 2012, the grease for the wheel so to speak. Who knows what this year brings, the Mulder kid could/maybe surprise a lot of folks. If this team takes KENTUCKY across the chest serious this could be a special group. I agree that some are still hung-over and need something to get over Wisky, who knows we may already have it. I like this group with or without another piece. Go CATS !!!!!!!!

It'd be neat to see Hawk and Willis find little niches with this group.

This year's team has one of those underdog feels to it where you fall in love with em for that reason.

I'm not shook. We have talent on the roster, talent coming in, and a great coach. I'm expecting a fun season and another run in March.

I never expected us to have, hands down, the best roster every season. That is unreasonable. A lot seem to have this warped view that if we don't go into the season as the favorite to win it, then there is nothing to look forward to.

Personally, I enjoy watching UK just as much when we are ranked 10th as when we are ranked first. Honestly makes the victories a little sweeter.
