6-4 and 9ppg as a sophomore is VERY promising.

If for nothing else to have a guy that can help teach the system. We need 1 or 2 guys from BYU to help the guys pick up the system quickly.
I wish we knew if Reed was coming back. That would make it a lot easier to assess whether we need a kid like this or not.

Because it had run its course and change was clearly needed but wasn't happening. Pope is a fresh start.

Yeah, this kid should be a take regardless of what Reed does. He’s only a SO & even if Reed does come back, we’re only getting one more year out of him. So, if that’s how it plays out, we’d have Hall as a SR PG in ‘26 with 3 years of experience playing in Pope’s system. And, he’d be a nice piece off the bench next season, too.
Like they’ve been doing for the Cal years?
I couldn’t even enjoy going to the Champion’s Classic anymore. We were a laughing stock and quite embarrassing.
