If he sucks maybe but if he is good, UK is a stepping stone and 2 years max then leave. Many times they leave without anywhere to go which blows my mind.

I HOPE this kid works out. However, he's largely considered to be a 3-star. Unless I'm mistaken, Cal has never had a contributing 3-star recruit since he's been here. Or am I forgetting someone?

Heck, most 4* kids struggle under Cal.

Were Hawkins and Willis 3 star kids? Even if they were, they didn't blossom until their Junior and senior years and in the portal era, it's too easy for guys like Hart and Burks to leave once they realize they will always be recruited over. These kids want to play now.
