Jimmy Brumbaugh is supposedly going to hit the road to evaluate Jamil Dukes this Friday. The 2016 defensive lineman told me that Brumbaugh is supposed to attend his game, which makes sense because the Cats play on Thursday and are going to have a long week following Auburn.
Dukes is a Mooresville, N.C., defensive lineman and an intriguing one at that. Although he's 6-foot-5 and 304 pounds he plays both defensive end and tackle, and Brumbaugh obviously likes big guys that can move like that.
Kentucky hasn't offered yet but he's been on UK's radar for a while.
Dukes tells me that he's been talking to Brumbaugh "a little bit," but he knows this Friday should be his best audition opportunity.
He doesn't know much about UK yet but says it's a nice school, "And they're in the SEC. That's special."
